Custom and personalized orders are accepted. Please send us a message to discuss your needs. Please note that as material is particularly sourced to fulfill these orders they are not eligible for return. Additionally as custom orders are new products they can sometimes take longer than the anticipated processing times. We will keep you informed of the progress if this should happen. We do our best to make the made-to-order jewelry items as fast as we can while still giving full attention with care and love to make each piece.

We mention sizing for all of our products in the item description. In addition we depict products being worn so that customers can better envision size. If you have additional questions regarding particular items we will be happy to provide more detail. We can also help you pick your size for rings or other items. Please message us for assistance with the same.

The gemstones we use are clearly described in our listings. Our preference is to use natural earth mined gems but we do make exceptions for customers who prefer the price point of lab created gemstones. Please note that lab created gemstones are not synthetic or imitation stones or cubic zirconia. These have the same material properties as natural gemstones but are grown in the lab. Also worth noting is that earth mined gems are frequently heat treated to improve color. This promotes uniformity and affordability. We can also provide completely natural untreated earth mined stones. If this is important to you please message us with your requirements for a quote.
