To prolong the life of your pieces, we recommend the following:

• Avoid wearing your gold filled jewelry in swimming pools or ocean, as the chlorine and salt water can cause damage.

• Storage of your jewelry is most important to ensure a long-lasting luster. Store your gold filled jewelry in the provided anti-tarnish Dylan Rae jewelry pouch or in your own jewelry bag away from humidity when not wearing.

• Gold filled jewelry is fine to shower with and get wet, but should be kept away from lotions, perfumes, hairspray and cosmetics to avoid any changes in color. We recommend your jewelry be the last thing you put on when heading out.

• Gently wipe your gold filled pieces with a delicate jewelry polishing, non-scratch cloth every now

For returns or exchanges, kindly reach out within 3 days of delivery. The buyer assumes the responsibility of return shipping costs. Upon inspection, refunds will be processed, deducting the initial shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee. If a jewelry pouch was provided, it must accompany the returned item; otherwise, a $4 fee will be deducted from the refund.

For damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Photo evidence may be requested, and a prepaid shipping label will be provided for returns. Following inspection, we will promptly send a replacement or issue a refund upon receipt of the returned item. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate you.

If you would like to exchange your item, please contact me within 3 days of delivery. Item must be returned to Dylan Rae in original condition and undamaged. We will exchange your piece for something else up to the original cost of the item. We highly recommend using a shipping courier with tracking services to ensure the delivery of your package to us. Please be advised that our exchange and repair services are subject to a processing time of up to 10-15 business days. During holiday periods, this duration may extend further. We are happy to offer free repairs to your jewelry within 30 days of purchase. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item and Dylan Rae will cover the cost of the return shipping.

Once item has been shipped, an email will be sent to you confirming all delivery details. A tracking code will be included to track the progress of your package through USPS until delivery. Please note, shipping delays may occur, and are to be expected during the winter holidays.

If an order is marked as delivered but not received, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. It is then your responsibility to contact USPS to locate the package. Stolen packages are unfortunate, but we are not responsible for what happens to the package after it leaves our studio.
