Please note our tumblers are engraved. We do not use vinyl stickers. All text is engraved in a silver/gray color except for the silver and gold tumblers. The text will be black. Our white coffee mugs hold 11oz of liquid. The name is permanently printed on the mug. (This is not a vinyl decal) you can wash both wine tumbler and mug in the dishwasher.

• ONLY Complete this portion if you ordered the (Charmed Box and Deluxe Box) Enter material choice of your necklace in the personalized field. This will also include the same color Heart Dish and Votive Candle. (For example - selecting the Rose Necklace will include the matching Rose Votive Candle and Rose Heart Dish). If you'd like to mix and match colors, please list color combinations in the personalized section.

• Please let me know in the personalized box what you would like engraved on the Heart Dish (only if you purchased Charmed Box and Deluxe Box) If you do not
specify what you want, we will leave it blank.

• Product colors may appear slightly different on your computer monitor or phone screen than they do in person because of brightness, monitor settings, etc. Keep this in mind when placing your order.

Please note that upgrading to priority mail does not speed up production, it simply ships faster once production is done.

All smaller packages are shipped USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail or Express Mail.

Depending on location we ship our larger gift boxes UPS due to the constant delay issues with the postal service.

Upgrading to 2–3-day priority USPS mail or Express Mail does not cut down on production time. It simply means your item will be shipped quicker after the time frame listed in our shop.

The estimated delivery date is based on your purchase date, our location, the processing time, and the shipping carrier. Other factors—like placing an order on a weekend or a holiday—may end up pushing the arrival of your item beyond the estimated delivery date. It's our hope that your item gets where it's going as soon as possible, but given the factors involved, this is only an estimate.

Please also note we are NOT in control of packages sent via USPS once they leave our shop. Estimated time frames are NOT guaranteed if you need a specific item by a certain date. Please contact me immediately if you need your item by a certain date, so we can discuss options to ship via Fed ex or Ups.
