I received this item and was shocked at it being the incorrect color and incorrect pieces. After talking with the owner, it was a miscommunication on both ends. Unfortunately, the owner did nothing but blame and belittle me over a miscommunication. He resent the correct pieces but I had to beg for a partial refund. Which didn't even cover the cost it will take us fix. I am shocked at the way I was spoken to by this owner and can not recommend the purchase of this product. The assembly was trickery than expected and required a lot of force... which I was nervous it would break the pieces (given the quality). You can get a general idea of assembly from the instructions but a lot of 'making it up as you go' is required. Don't expect this to be a one person job, two people are needed for assembly.

Dear customer we designed your cart exactly as you requested, we sent 2 visuals for you to check before we made the cart - which you said 'looks great' and to finish production, which is what we did, then when you received the cart - you asked for a full refund because you was expecting the cart to be in green - which was never stated by you. the mistake was not ours and for you to demand this - was not fair. you had never asked for us to make in green. All we said was because the fault was not ours - we could not refund, not sure why you would be shocked in us replying in this way, all we were stating was exactly what happened. we have sold thousands of these carts and no issues with any custom order, nor any issues with assembly. warm regards
