I’m disappointed that the form did not have adhesive to attach to file. Also they are just a bit bigger than a note pad not as shown.

As noted in the product description, the Notary Sticky Pad is not adhesive—it is a padded form with a cardboard back. When the description mentions that it can be “stuck” to a folder, this means attaching it using a paperclip, tape, staple, or similar method, not an adhesive backing. The reason it is designed without adhesive is so you can reuse the same folder for multiple clients without damaging it. Adhesive backing can tear, leave residue, or permanently mark folders, while this design allows for flexibility and a more professional, reusable setup.
