1. The orders are handmade and processed immediately, we are unable to accept cancellations after 12 hours from the time you place your order.
2. If there is an issue with your chain or necklace, we want to replace it. However, if the issue is your chain length, wrong spelling, wrong date, or birth flower from the customer, we are not obligated to replace it. Please pay attention to all the details of your order before you place it.
