How do I get my digital files?

Within minutes after ordering you will be able to instantly download your files. Please note that you can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time. To access your digital files from your account: 1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account via a Web Browser. 2. Go to Purchases and reviews. 3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. More help can be found here: http://etsy.me/2HeXnVb The above doesn't apply to customized items. For customized items, I will share the files with you via Etsy message or email.
