Can you expedite my order?

💫 An upgrade to priority mail is offered at checkout. However, processing time still applies. If you plan to pay for priority mail but need it even quicker, I can sometimes shorten my processing time if specially requested PRIOR to purchasing. Send me a message and I will let you know what I can do to help! If you are in a time crunch, I almost always have some ready-made items on a 1 business day processing time, just message me if you need help determining which items will ship in 1 business day :) *Please be prepared for USPS shipping delays, even on priority mail, as we get closer to Christmas*

How long does shipping take?

Please note that the estimated shipping timeframe in the cart at checkout is an *ESTIMATE* provided by the post office. Actual delivery is in the hands of the post office and they can sometimes take longer. No guaranteed specific delivery dates / times are available. USPS Priority Mail (Approximately 2-4 business days once shipped). As estimated by the post office. *Please factor in both processing time and shipping time when estimating delivery. 🇨🇦 CANADIAN ORDERS 2-4 weeks on average barring customs delays. 🌍 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 2-4 weeks on average barring customs delays, but can take up to 8 weeks in rare cases.

Where do you get your butterflies?

🦋 My insects are raised on butterfly farms and sanctuaries and allowed to live their full lifespan, which averages about 1 month, and then collected and sold so that their beauty can live on! Butterfly Farming actually helps to preserve rain forests and also assures the survival of natural butterfly habitats. Native people are encouraged to grow plants and raise insects opposed to clearing land for cash crops. I am a member of and donate to the Rainforest Alliance, a nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving the Rainforest and the many species that live within it, including the Blue Morpho Butterfly! 🐛

We accept returns or exchanges requested within 14 days of when you received your package and shipped back within 30 days. Just send us a message :) Returns should be sent back in their original condition (in their original pouch with all included parts) with no signs of wear. Normal returns are refunded in full minus $4 (for the amount we paid in shipping) - unless waived due to an issue that was our fault of course! A restocking fee may be applied to returns that are not sent back in their original condition, show signs of wear, or are missing parts (fee will be equal to any loss in value). Each gemstone tower is chosen specifically for its ability to work well with the LED light bases. Most crystal towers do not have the clarity to work well with these bases. We choose towers with the very best clarity and then we polish the bottoms of the towers so that they are able to pull in the maximum amount of light. The LED light base measures 5.5" wide and puts off a bright white light that illuminates the crystal. We have tried all the LED lights on the market and these are by far the best! LED base powered by AC/ USB adapter plug.

Crystal tower rests on LED light base, its is not attached to it. The crystal is free to be used with or without the base as you see fit.

Crystal is beautiful, but the base is too bright for my light sensitivity. I reached out to the shop owner for the light base manufacturer info to check on brightness and hue before purchase, but they were unable to tell me that because its proprietary to their business. I wish I had that info ahead of time but alas, I now have extra bases.

So glad you love the Citrine tower Lorie! Most LED bases will not shine very far into the crystals. It took us years of trial and error to find these that work so well to light the crystals up throughout the stone and not just at the bottom. We have a deal with the manufacturer :) We explained before purchase that these were the brightest LED bases we could find to work with the stones.. We were unfortunately not told about Lorie's light sensitivity or that she was hoping for a dimmer light until after she received her order. We have never had anyone find them to be *too* bright before but of course she has an actual medical issue with her eyes / light sensitivity so we let her know that she is welcome to return or return just the base for a partial refund if she wants to keep her stone without the base :) Thanks again!!
