Do you do customized or personalized orders?

Unfortunately, we do not offer customized orders at this time. If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, please let me know and we can work together to make it right.

How can I use my purchases?

You CAN: 1. Print as many copies of a printable as you want for your sole personal use. 2. Save the file to a USB Drive to get a JPG file printed as a photo or a PDF file printed at a local print shop. You CANNOT: 1. Share the printable file(s) with anyone via email, USB, or any other means. 2. Upload the file(s) online. 3. Give the impression to anyone that you created/designed the printable file(s). 4. Sell or give the printable file(s) to anyone else. 5. Sell printed copies of the printable file(s) to anyone. 6. Use the printable file(s) or printed copies of the file(s) in giveaways. 7. Edit, manipulate or alter the file(s) in any way. 8. Use the printable file(s) for ANY commercial use or products for sale.

How do I download my files?

Downloading your digital files is done through an internet browser rather than the Etsy App. Here are the steps for accessing your downloads: 1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your Account. 2. Go to Purchases. 3. Next to the order, select Download Files. You should see the files to download here. If you’re still having problems finding your files, send me a message and I’d be happy to send you the files directly via email.
