When will I receive my "Digital" item?

If you are purchasing a PDF digital pattern, you will receive a copy of the file via the email address you use for Etsy. Non-customized orders will be emailed by midnight EST of the 1st business day after purchase. Customized files (adding a name, date, age, color change, etc....) will be emailed by midnight EST of the 2nd business day after purchase due to the time needed to make the changes to the design. Your entire order will be sent together by the latest date applicable. Full custom designs may have a different send date, please read your listing for details. Once the file has been sent, you will receive an Etsy convo from me so you know to check your email for the file.

When will I receive my "mailed" or "shirt" item?

If you purchased an item that is to be sent via regular mail (a listing with shipping charged or an item with the drop down option of "Mailed" or "Shirt" chosen), your item will be mailed using USPS, first class mail. Prints will be sent in 3-5 business days. Completed shirts will be sent in 1-2 weeks.

If you are not satisfied with one of my patterns, let me know! I will do my best to make it right. Due to the nature of digital items, I cannot accept returns on items that have already been emailed. For designs that are printed and mailed or finished shirts, I can only accept returns on items that are not customized and that are unused and returned in original condition within 30 days of purchase.
