They are a nice larger size, but I am not saying that they are as big as a tree stump. Please note measurements and check expectations verses reality before leaving a negative review saying that they aren't as large as expected...please. Terms such as 'large' and 'small' are completely subjective. Please don't assume. Go by the measurements.

They have a little indentation that may help holding on to them, however if you have significant dexterity issues these won't work miracles.

All silicone backs tend to stretch out over time. Please do not use a pair of backs on different earrings. The wires are often a tad different size and if used on a slightly larger ear wire one day and a smaller one the next may cause you to lose an earring.
These are not meant to last a lifetime. Give them a tug each time you wear them to make sure the fit is snug. If not, then toss and simple use a new pair.
