#1 HOW TO ORDER

1. ORDER

Please choose the phone model, background color, and faces option. (If you don't choose the background color, the default setting is CLEAR)

2. SEND YOUR PHOTO

Send us your photo via Etsy Conversation. If you're not sure which picture will fit best, you can send more than one. We'll work with the best picture.
* Check our photo selection guidelines below for reference.

3. CHECK & APPROVE

We'll send you a draft for approval once the work is finished. Check the design and let us know what you think.
* Please note that if we do not receive a response within 24 hours we will have to print and ship your order.

4. PRINT & SHIP

If approved, we'll print and ship / If not, we will edit for 1 time for free (After that $2 for additional edit)

+ Please send us a message in advance via Etsy conversation if you want to put your photo in any particular location.
+ Actual print color may look different depending on your monitor and phone model.

#2 PHOTO SELECTION GUIDELINES

Be sure to check the guidelines when choosing your photo. A photo that doesn’t match our guidelines might not turn out the way you want. These are our photo guidelines:

1. Submit PNG or JPEG files with at least 300 DPI
2. Remember the camera and logo placement of your phone - Keep the placement of the case’s camera hole in mind when you choose your photo. And if you've ordered a case that doesn’t have a background color, consider where the phone’s logo or text will appear.
3. Consider the photo ratio of the product you wish to order.

GOOD PHOTOS

1. High resolution, high definition and clear photos
2. Photos with moderate brightness and tone
3. Photos of your entire face
4. Mobile phone photos are also good to use if they are clear and bright

BAD PHOTOS

1. Low resolution and low quality
2. The overall tone is too bright or dark
3. Out of focus and blurry photos
4. The overall tone is not normal due to excessive filters, corrections, lighting, etc.
5. Captured image or picture with an adjusted resolution during transmission

#3 PROCESSING TIME

We make, print, and fulfill all our products on demand once you place an order. To estimate when you get your order, add our production time to the shipping time.

PRODUCTION TIME: It takes about 3 to 5 business days to make and print.
SHIPPING TIME: Our average shipping time is 4 business days depending on the destination.

#4 MATERIAL

We offer high-quality clear cases that are thin, light, and made of a TPU and Polycarbonate (PC) plastic. They’ll protect the back of the phone from scratches. They’re one-piece, solid plastic construction, and the holes and buttons are aligned with the phone’s features.
These cases aren’t shock-proof. So while they may protect your phone from some minor wear and tear, don’t count on them to be indestructible or to prevent serious damage. They are meant mostly for aesthetic purposes.
Graphics are produced at the highest quality in the United States using UV printing.
Graphics don’t wrap around the entire case, so the sides will also be see-through. This is great because it gives you a little bit of both worlds—you get to see your awesome photo, but you don’t completely cover up the design of the phone, either.
