Highlights
This very old straight back hand saw has a well worn dark wooden handle with a steel plate fastened beneath the three bolts. Handle is 4.5" x 7" and looks to be hand carved. Stamped W.J.S. in the wood. There is a slight crack, and a screw underneath indicates an old repair (see last two photos), but it's solid, not wiggly.
The metal blade shows much discoloration and the large teeth are very sharp. The saw has not been cleaned. Blade is 25.5" long and the corners are sort of nipped or rounded.
