HOW TO DOWNLOAD
Once the purchase is confirmed your files will be immediately emailed to the address on file. It can come separately or on the order invoice/ receipt. Please remember to check your spam folders if you did not get them. As a backup, your files will ALWAYS be available in your Etsy account under your past orders. Etsy is responsible for sending files and occasionally there can be a few minute delay - the shop does not send the files out.
