All orders are made and processed Monday-Friday and take me 3-5 business days. all orders are sent via Royal Mail.

Frank is handmade using 100% acrylic yarn.

Colours may differ from the image slightly due to lighting and also dependant on where I source the yarn from. I do aim however to keep them exactly the same if I can.

If you would like a custom order then we can work together to get the desired look you are going for and also discuss how long this may take. Generally I take 3-5 business days to process and make an order however if you’re having a custom order of flowers or something I am making that is new for you this can take up to 2 weeks for me make depending on how many orders I have.
This will all be discussed when we make the arrangements for whatever it is you would like me to make.
