These circular tags measure approximately 6.5cm high. They are made from poplar plywood and are each 4mm thick. We have changed wood due to supply so if you've had labels from us before, it is now a slightly different wood and finish. Please bear this in mind before ordering.

We provide a small amount of 3M double sided tape or sticky dots for you to attach to your surfaces - suitable for attaching to plastic/wood/walls.
Please get in touch by messaging us directly on Etsy or at contact [!at] tilleytree.co.uk if you would like holes (please do not leave 'Note to seller' as we might miss it).

• Orders take 2-3 working days to design, create and pack after the date of ordering.
• If you use the ‘Rush’ service at the checkout, we will put your order ahead of all other orders and aim to process in 1-2 working days.
• Your spelling and grammar is your responsibility, please double-check before ordering as we engrave/print your exact message.
• Please carefully check the images and ensure you’re happy with any design elements or fonts used before ordering.

• We will send a free proof image upon request – please allow extra time for order processing if you require a proof or photographs. You must message us (not leave a note to seller) to use either of these services.

• In a hurry? We have a ‘Rush’ service available. This puts your item ahead of all other orders and is sent as either tracked 24 or untracked, depending on which you choose. We aim to get this to you in 3 working days but cannot be held responsible if there are delays with Royal Mail.
• The est. delivery time is based on our processing time & postage time (Royal Mail 1st Class).
• Please keep in mind it still takes us time to make your order, postage time is additional to the processing time.
• Tracking is only provided when you select the tracked services.
All international orders are sent as tracked. Please allow longer for these to arrive due to any delays with customs.

• ISSUES: If there are any issues with your order, please get in touch – we pride ourselves on excellent customer service.
• RETURNS: If the item is personalised, we do not accept returns. If it is non-personalised, you may return it to us for a full refund. We do not cover the return postage fees.

• DELAYS: A full refund or replacement will be granted only if an item is more than 10 working days late (UK) or 20 working days late (International) as we personalise each item and cannot be held responsible by delays caused by the courier. Please keep this in mind before purchasing.
• Wood grain and colouring may vary slightly as wood is a natural product. Knots and blemishes may appear on your product, but we will ensure they do not interfere with any writing. Please bear this in mind.
• Seed paper is included as a small thank you (stock dependant). For full information see our FAQ on Etsy.
• Background props such as flowers are not included in your order, only the item described.
