This is a digital product so no physical product will be sent. ONCE PAYMENT IS COMPLETE digital files will be available for download in your account under “Purchases and Reviews”. In addition, an email will shortly be sent to your Etsy registered email with the download and receipt. Since this is a downloaded product it is NON-REFUNDABLE.


TERMS OF USE

All digital designs in this shop come with a FREE commercial use license with 100 uses per design (for small businesses only)!

This small business commercial use license allows you as a small business owner to use the design file to create hand crafted items for resale. You are NOT permitted to use the file in its original digital format of any kind for resale. Editing design does NOT make it your own.
This license does NOT include the ability to sell on Print-on-demand sites (such as Zazzle, Printful, Printify, etc.) or use for Embroidery Digitizing.

RETURNS/REFUNDS/PROBLEMS?

As stated above, due to the digital nature of the product, returns are not accepted nor are refunds or exchanges. However, if you have a problem with your download, please let me know and I will do my best to assist you. I usually respond quickly unless I am out of the office or on vacation (see shop announcements for vacation notices).

- You may not sell as a ‘print on demand’ product – you can sell as a finished printed product up to 100 files

- Do not give away or distribute the files as stand alone or a set.
