If you have seen a product that you love but you wish it was in a different colour, with/out glitter, different shapes/size let us know and we can 9 times out of 10 do that for you. Just ask! We’re here to help.

All items come well packaged to prevent damage. Please note unless requested occasionally my “non gift” orders are send in reused delivery boxes (such as shoe boxes) to help the environment.

Gift wrapping, as an extra, is available for £3. Perfect for those sending the item as a gift direct to the recipient.

This gift wrap includes branded tissue paper (I try to match the colour with the item colour). The tissue paper is sealed with a pretty “handmade with love” sticker, or similar. The item will be wrapped in cellophane and tied with a ribbon. You will also receive box filler such as coloured shredded paper/foil string etc and a handwritten message card in an envelope, if needed.

9/10 times some or all of the above is achievable.

Most things in the shop are ready for dispatch. If you need something specifically made or changed then it could be from same day to a week depending on if everything is in stock or needs to be ordered before making the item for you.

All items are for decorative purposes only and should not be washed or immersed in water. My items are either paint and decoupage or vinyl and not suitable for scrubbing, heating or washing.

Standard delivery is 2nd class for all UK orders. You can upgrade to express delivery (1st class) if needed. Orders overseas will take longer, please see the individual item listing for details.

No, unless you ask for one. We try to be as good to the environment as possible so we are a paper free company-if you do need one then please do ask and we can put one in your parcel.

It says delivered but i've not received it-

All items are sent tracked with GPRS. If you believe the package has been stolen you will also need to make a police report then contact me.

Its taking longer than expected-

I ship items on or before the shipment date (most often before). At busy times, such as Christmas, Royal mail will often have delays due to being extra busy. This is completely out of my control, I will not refund or replace items that are taking longer to arrive.

Damaged items-

Please send me a message, including a photo of the damage and I will get back to you. You must open packages the same day as it arrives and contact me within 24 hours to report any damage.

Oops! If you missed the delivery and didn't collect from the depot, it will be returned to me after a certain number of days, usually 7-14 depending on the courier. When it arrives back to me I will let you know and can re ship the parcel back to you. There will be another delivery charge for the second shipping to be paid first.

In some cases the couriers charge a fee for returning parcels to me (usually with DPD) you will need to also pay this fee too. If you want a refund (along with refund rules) instead of re-shipment you will not receive a refund on the original postage or return to sender fees (usually with DPD).
