This early-1980s high-waisted skirt is from Anastasia Paris by François Viannay. It was made in France of an unlined soft cotton with a pixelated horse print. It has a green cotton trim, pleating around the waistband and a pocket on each side. It fastens with a zipper on the left side and a button on the waistband. It's in very good condition, clean and ready to wear.
