Simply contact us through Etsy and tell us that you no longer wish to own the item.

How does it work? Once the delivery is completed, you will have 60 days to contact us in order to request a refund, and you will have 30 additional days to return the item. Postal fees will be at your expense.

If you encountered quality realted issues (shipping damages, etc...), again, just message us via Etsy so that we can solve this promptly.

Please note that in this case, we take in charge postal fees, but you will have to advance them.

Take a picture of your postal receipt and send it to us via Etsy messages.

As soon as we'll receive the item, we will generate a coupon with the exact amount you spent to return the item.
