Can I return, exchange, or cancel my order?

Please note that I am unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. All items are made to order only after a purchase is placed, and finished products are not kept in stock. As a small seller, creating things on an extremely small scale, it's challenging for me to process these requests. Kindly keep this in mind before placing your order. Order changes or cancellation requests must be submitted within 6 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, production will have begun and requests can no longer be able to be accommodated.

There's a concern with my item/order

If there are any issues or quality concerns please send a message with a few clear photos clearly depicting the entire item and issue. Please inspect garments carefully after delivery. *All issues must be brought up within 1 WEEK from the date the order was delivered. To efficiently address issues I must be informed within a reasonable amount of time. *All related documentation must be provided within 1 week upon request.

My order was marked as delivered, but I have not received it.

I am not responsible for stolen or misdelivered items, after your tracking status updates as delivered. Please provide a safe space for your item to be mailed to. Replacements or refunds, are only available in the case of lost items as indicated by tracking, or if the item is incorrect or defective with clear photo proof. Package theft is not covered with shipping insurance and will not be replaced at my expense.

I ordered the wrong size, will I be able to exchange the shirt for a different size?

Exchanges are NOT accepted. Please refer to the size chart within every listing. To ensure the perfect fit, we provide clear instructions on how to measure in each listing's photos. If you need advice with sizing, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Please note that not all t-shirts from different companies fit equally. However my t-shirts are standard U.S. sizing. A size chart and instructions on how to measure are made available within every listings photos. Please refer to the size charts before ordering as exchanges are honored on a case to case basis, and you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred.

"My tee seems to have some extra stitching at the inner arm seams."

That's normal and is known in the industry as overlock stitching. It's a common outcome in the production of virtually all commercial t-shirts. These don't affect the t-shirt in any way and can be easily removed if desired. Premium options are recommended if this is an issue.

Can you tell me the status of my order?

Etsy provides a general estimate for your arrival time on your account's order page, www.etsy.com/your/purchases Please refrain from questions about order status if your order isn't late. I am one person and I spend as much time as possible processing orders, messages like this do unfortunately slow me down. The time spent reading and responding is better used creating and shipping your order. However, If you think there is a problem with your order, please do reach out.

What if I provided a wrong address or it is missing a unit/apt #, and it has shipped?

If you are missing an apartment # or have a spelling/formatting mistake in your address, please contact me to correct your address within 12 hours of your purchase, as once your order is shipped I will be unable to make changes. *If you need your order to be shipped to an entirely different address than provided. Etsy does not permit or provide coverage for this. I will need to cancel your order, and you may then re-order with the corrected info. Unless you indicate otherwise, orders will be shipped to the address you have on file. Please check prior to submitting an order and upon checkout. Items returned due to an incorrect address will result in new shipping charges, which will be the responsibility of the buyer.

My item was returned to sender.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to track and collect their mail. If there are any issues with your delivery, please make sure to pick up your package or arrange a redelivery with the courier and reach out to them within a reasonable timeframe. If the package is not collected, it will be returned to the sender, which can take 1-2 weeks for domestic orders, or 1-4 months internationally. Once the return is received, I can issue a refund for the item cost, minus the original shipping fee. Please note that a restocking fee of $5 per t-shirt will apply for returns initiated this way. If you would like the items to be resent, new shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Gift Notes are not a service I can offer at this time. If you have a specific request please message me directly. "Notes to seller" are not meant for long form requests and will not be honored as such. Message me directly to confirm/discuss your request prior to purchasing. *All my items are made to order and take time to produce. I will not accommodate rush orders. Please purchase with my stated production and transit times in mind prior to your special occasion.

A quality print has always been my largest priority when buying and selling tees online, as this ensures it'll age / naturally distress with grace, or keep well depending on how you wash and care for it.

All tees are fully cotton, I do recommend avoiding very high heat when washing and drying to preserve the life of any graphic tee as a general rule of thumb.

Machine wash: cold/warm (max 40C or 105F). Never bleach and always use fully color safe detergent. Tumble dry on low heat for best results.

Bonus Tips: Turn your graphic tee inside out if machine washing/drying, and hang up to dry when possible.
