-information I need from you
1. Size of the surface you are applying your decal to WITHOUT the frame included in the measurement.
2. Font style you want. (I can do different fonts, but give me an idea of what you're looking for)
3. FOR RUSH ORDERS, the date you need your decal by.
4. FOR CUSTOM COLORS, the color you want your decal in.
5. Guest list. You can send it in a message to me on etsy, or ask for my email address!

If you do not tell me the size of your surface then I will make your decal fit within the size you order.

-SAMPLE

I will send a digital sample before cutting out your decal. Everything you see in the sample is exactly how it will arrive, so be sure to triple check it for mistakes! If you do not approve of the sample within 48 hours I will proceed with the decal without approval!

-What you will receive

Once the vinyl sticks that is it, you can not pull it back off. Working with smaller sections helps prevent you accidentally ruining the entire decal! You will receive easy to apply sections. The header will be its own decal or split into a few, and each table will be its own decal or each letter section if you do alphabetically. This also helps provide you the opportunity to redesign the layout once you lay it out on your surface so you aren't stuck with what I have designed once you see it on your actual surface!

I can do larger sections, but I don't recommend it unless you are very familiar with applying vinyl and have given me the correct dimensions for your surface. Replacing one small section you may mess up is also always cheaper than replacing an entire row!

-Size

Choose the size closest to your mirror. If your mirror is slightly smaller than one of the ranges size up. If your mirror is slightly bigger than one of the ranges then size down. My prices are based on my best estimate of how much material I will use.

There is a limit to the amount of names I can fit on a mirror. For guest lists over 150 names, you are going to need a mirror that is 24x60 or larger.

-Shipping times

I almost always get packages out quicker than the estimated shipping time. If you see the estimated delivery time and worry before you order, just message me and we can figure out the best shipping option and when I can actually get your order in the mail.

-RUSH SHIPPING

If you do not upgrade your shipping I will ship ground shipping. Etsy's estimates on shipping are not accurate so if you want my best estimate on shipping times send your zipcode before you order and I can tell you what shipping option to choose. If you need your order in a week or less you really must upgrade your shipping!

No shipping is guaranteed. I will literally do anything I can to get your order to you on time though!

- Color options

I usually have the most popular colors of vinyl, white and black, but if you order and want a custom color I usually need to order that color specifically for your order. If you are needing something rushed know that I may have to order that color and it would require added shipping time before I even get it.

If you are applying to a reflective surface, think about the color choice before deciding to go dark with your vinyl. If your event is at night or in a dark room the darker colors may be harder to read.

-Transferring

DO NOT just pull your decal off the backing quickly without being patient. You could ruin the decal in the process!

When transferring if you hit a letter that is not lifting pause and press it again with a card from the front or the back and try again. I always check each order before I send it and ensure it is transferring! It is possible though that some letters will cling again to the backing from the time I ship to the time you receive it. Reach out if you have any issues and I can give you some extra tips!

-Application tips

Everyone has a different preference for applying decals, and what I like to do you may find difficult, and what you find easiest is going to really be trail and error for you! If you run into any issues though reach out and I will troubleshoot with you and help you find what works for you!

I like to use masking tape to tape each decal where I am going to want to apply it and then do a hinge style application for each section so I know exactly where it will be and there is no further moving. Some just slap their decals on their mirror and call it a day. What works for me is not always going to work for everyone.

For alignment do not use the lines on the top of the transfer tape for alignment.
You can find center for each decal by using the widest line on the decal and folding the decal gently and marking half with a marker. You can draw a line on your mirror with a dry erase marker and then line each center mark up with that. For aligning each section horizontally, the decals will not be all the same height and the height of each section header like "One, Two, etc.." will all be different because the letters are different heights for those, you need to use the first line of the actual names for alignment. I would maybe suggest marking on the outside of the decal at the bottom of the first line of names, then use that as a guide horizontally from decal to decal!

To be honest though, its all only as hard as you make it! Nearly all of my customers are completely new to decals and it is way easier than you think!

-Wood

These decals hold very strongly to smooth surfaces like glass mirrors or acrylic. They also adhere to wood, but wood needs to be sealed with a sealant such as polycrylic! Sealing wood requires a curing period before placing a decal on it as well. If you have any questions just reach out!

-Refunds

These decals are made from sheets of vinyl. I have to remove the waste left around each letter after it is cut by hand. It's a lot of work, and most projects take hours to cut and clean up to prepare for you. There are no refunds. However, if you have an issue please reach out and I will do what I can to help.

Please go ahead and apply your decal once you get it so if an issue does come up we will have time to fix it! Please ensure you are applying to a clean flat surface! I know these signs are important to you and getting them applied correctly and in time for your event is a huge deal! I will do all I can to make sure you get your dream sign!
