Do you do returns? Or exchanges?

Returns or exchanges are on a case-by-case basis. Custom orders are non-returnable, as they are custom-made just for you. If returned, items must be sent in new condition with all components and must be dated on postage mailed within 7 days of receiving. Example: received on January 1st, contact within 7 days, send back in mail by January 7. If an item is eligible for return a restocking fee of 10% or $5, whichever is higher, Etsy fees, & taxes. Customer is responsible for return shipping. This includes EU customers. EU customers have the right to return items with 14 days of receiving their items that are NOT CUSTOM MADE or HYGENIC materials. All items marked "MADE TO ORDER" are custom orders. As such do not guarantee a refund.

What is a custom order in your shop?

Unless otherwise stated, everything in my shop is Made to Order/Custom made. Meaning that it is custom made for you at the time of ordering. KidsNKrochet is making each item custom for each customer. There is no difference between a "Custom order" and a regular listing, in this shop, unless it states "ready-made" EU CUSTOMERS: you have the right to return your item if it is NOT CUSTOM or PERSONALIZED or HYGIENE Products. I can not guarantee shipping time. Once a package is in the hands of the USPS it is up to them. All I can do is give you an estimated shipping time.

What about tracking and insurance??

All my USPS packages have tracking numbers and limited insurance. If an item gets lost or arrives damaged please contact us and we will help with the process. Shipping is done every weekday, rush orders included Saturdays.

Yes, we sure do! Just contact us and we will discuss wrapping and card. For a small fee.

Personal information??

I do not and will not sell your personal information. And I will only contact you about your current order if a need arises. Or if you request to be contacted.

What do I receive if I order from you?

If you order any item from my shop it will be handmade. Made by myself. Because each item is handmade and is made from yarn, there is a possibility of slight color variation due to dye lots. While every effort will be made to ensure items are the same, because they are handmade there is no guarantee that duplicate item will look exactly the same. But you will receive what you ordered in the size you order and it will be made by hand with quality yarn. And as with all business transactions, you will receive a few pieces of business details such as business cards and the like. Including but not limited to Sales promotions and other cards/information.

Do you accept CANCELLATIONS?

I CAN accept cancellations on orders within 12 hrs. of order. After that time, I have already started working on your order and it is considered a return case and subject to a Restocking Fee of $5 per item returned. All personalized CANNOT be canceled, no exceptions.

Sizes are general/average sizes for ages. If you are concerned order one size up. Please make sure to read entire listing before ordering to get the correct size. And remember not all fit into the average size. Some will need larger than average some adults fit into the XL better than the adult size. I recommend the custom size option for the perfect fit. But Most Customers are very happy with the sizes they have chosen.
