All mugs come with care instructions. Please be sure to read and follow all care instructions; especially vinyl prior to using the item. Mugs with vinyl are made at the time of purchase and need time to adhere, so please treat with gentle care and follow all directions on the “Care Instructions” card. You may also want to read the bottom of the mug for more care instructions.

Can I cancel an order after it has been paid for.

If you’re order has not shipped, you may cancel your order, but there will be a $5.00 restocking fee deducted from your funds.

Can I return an item?

Yes, you may return an item, however the buyer will pay for the shipping to return the item. In addition, the money you previously paid to ship the item to you cannot be reimbursed as it was used to mail the item to you. The item must be in the same condition as it was sent to you. No scratches, no damage.

What if an item arrives damaged?

All items are mailed priority shipping and the cost of your item is covered. If your item arrives damaged, you will need to file a claim online at USPS.com. You will need pictures of the damaged item, the mailing label, and invoice. You will keep the damaged merchandise as your postal service may want to see the item.
