These mushrooms are also a source of vitamin D and rich in B Vitamins: Thiamine, Niacin, Riboflavin which is essential to the formation of two major coenzymes. They contain all the essential amino acids, with anti-aging & anti-inflammatory properties.

GOTU KOLA🌿- Considered the "herb of enlightenment" and the most powerful of the rejuvenating herbs in Ayurvedic medicine. Rich in antioxidants, & flavonoids that visibly improve tone, and fight fine lines, wrinkles, and reduce the signs of aging. Used in active ingredients that are tonics, body-firming, and wound healing skin care products. Gotu Kola could possible help keep the skin cells tough and makes it resistant to sagging.
