I LOVE IT - BUT WILL IT FIT?
Vintage sizes often do not correspond with modern sizes, so please use the measurements provided to determine fit
Measurements given are taken with the garment laying flat and then doubled when applicable, they are not your body measurements, you should allow some room for fit and comfort. You might also compare the garment measurements to a similar piece of clothing that fits you well. Measurements are considered approximate, although will try to be as precise as possible.
How to get your body measurements
You should be wearing only your undergarments when you measure, standing in front of a mirror can also help to make sure the tape is in the correct position
Chest: Measure the circumference of your chest. Place one end of the tape measure at the fullest part of your bust, wrap it around to get the measurement.
Waist: Measure the circumference of your waist. Measure at your natural waistline, which is located above your belly button and below your rib cage. (If you bend to the side, the crease that forms is your natural waistline.)
Hips: Measure the circumference of your hips. Make sure the tape is over the largest part of your bottom.
