I ordered a compass for my husbands birthday. Initially I ordered from a different seller, but Etsy informed me that seller had ceased to trade. I had 9 days before husband birthday so I messaged these guys to see if they could get it to me in time. The seller is listed as UK based and she confirmed the item dispatches from London. I explained I'd be happy to pay extra for quick delivery. She assured me she'd post the next day via first class Royal Mail. This was obviously a fib because it was dispatched from Turkey. It was a week before it was handed to Yodel. ****Thank you for contacting me to explain what happened and helping to resolve this****
