This is a fabulous Hobe set from the late 1970's early 1980's at my best estimate. Both piece are marked Hobe with a copyryight mark, a mark that was used from 1958 to 1983. The set is done in gold plated metal with translucent pastel painted detailing against a cream painted background. The metal has patterns on it, so the piece appears to be guilloche enamel, a very convincing appearance that can only be discerned as paint on patterned metal under magnification. The bracelet is a hinged bangle, and the necklace is a crescent with a dangling chain tassel in the center on a long chain. The pendant is a pin as well, and can be removed from the chain and worn as a brooch.

The bracelet has interior dimensions of 2 1/4 by 2 inches. It is 3/4 inches wide and 3/8 inches thick. The necklace chain is 24 inches long. The pendant/brooch is 2 inches by 1 3/4 inches with a dimensional height of 1/2 inches.

The set is in excellent condition. There is minimal if any plating wear. The bracelet has some use and wear marks, the pendant and chain have virtually none. The clasps and closures are all functional. The painted details are free of chips or damage. The colors are quite pretty.

This is an unusual set for Hobe, but really pretty and iconic for the late 1970's, early 1980's. The soft colors are not too light, and the pieces will go great with neutral creams, beiges, and tans.
