Using a slightly wet cloth to clean up your handmade stuffed animal is the best way to help preserving shape, color and texture.
When necessary, we recommend hand washing with cold water or doing machine gentle cycle. It's a good idea to put your plush inside a pillow cover, socks, or something similar before initiating the laundry process.
Do not bleach and do not iron.
ACRYLIC YARN: air or sun drying are the best ways. To finish, you can add some drops of your favorite scent. Just be careful to not to do it on the white or clearer parts. On any other colors it will be fine.
COTTON: Wash as recommended, but no sun drying. With cotton yarns color and texture will fade away and loosen up, depending on the number of washings.

There is an small extra cost for wrapping. This includes wrapping paper, bow and personal note card.

We don't attach any receipts.

Most of the orders are sent in thick mailers that are moisture resistant, cushioned and sealed.
You will receive an automatic Etsy purchase confirmation once you place your order. And a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once we complete handling.

We don't sell patterns.

However, there are some items listed as MADE TO ORDER only, you will find this information in the description and tittle. This means that we'll need about one week to get it done for you. (But we'll do our best to finish it sooner.)

The same would be in case you'd like to have one of our designs made in a different color.

MADE TO ORDER items will be finished as soon as possible, usually within one week.

For ready made items, we generally ship the next business day you placed your order.
Default regular (first class) service normally takes between 4 to 7 business days to arrive anywhere in USA.
Expedited (priority) service takes 3 days, but this can vary, it is not guaranteed.
Overnight service also varies. Actual delivery time is difficult to predict and unfortunately this out of the sellers' control.
