Can I use boudoir/semi-nude photos?

Yes for sure, that’s no problem at all. Please note that I use production partners for some of my items which will be stated in each of the listings

How soon will I get my order?

The shipping timeline will depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at time of purchase ** Delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed ** I am not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post, USPS or other couriers used

What if I gave you the wrong address?

Customers must ensure that their shipping address is correct on Etsy prior to purchase as I am only able to ship to the address on the customer's account. If you need to update the address you will need to cancel the order and place a new one once the address has been corrected In addition, I am not responsible for any orders that are lost due to incorrect addresses being provided

Can you do a custom order for me?

For sure! As everything is printed to order, I can easily change the design of most of my items to meet your requirements. For example the colour, font and background can be changed within most designs. Simply send me a message and I will do my best to meet your request

For best results I recommend photos that are:

- high resolution
- clear, in focus and not blurry
- bright (not dark)

Your chosen photos may need to be cropped to fit - please send me your uncropped photos and I will do it for you

I will work with you to create the perfect design & get approval from you before the item is made

Please note that colours shown on your monitor/phone may appear slightly different from the finished product

Designs are transferred using a dye sublimation printing process which produces a permanent, high quality image that won't scratch, peel or fade away with time

Free shipping to Canadian addresses are sent using Canada Post Lettermail and I am unable to provide any tracking information for this service. You can also choose Upgraded shipping which includes tracking
