Do you have a official website?

Nope! Our shop is only available here on Etsy. We don’t sell our products on any other website. If you ever see our designs elsewhere, especially on another Etsy store, please let us know. We truly appreciate your help! 🫶

How long does it take to make my order?

Since everything is made to order, it usually takes 2 to 7 business days to create your item. Most orders ship out faster than expected, but we always recommend allowing the full time-frame just in case! 🫶

Do you offer express shipping? And what happens if my order is delayed?

All orders are shipped via standard shipping, and we don’t currently offer express delivery. The delivery dates you see are only estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, which are unfortunately beyond our control, especially during busy times like holidays. If your order seems delayed, feel free to message us and we’ll happily check the status for you! 🫶

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift notes?

At the moment, we don’t offer gift wrapping or gift note options, but we hope to add this option in the future! 🫶

Do you include invoices or prices in the package?

Nope! We don’t include invoices or receipts in the package, so it’s gift-friendly by default. 🫶

Can I customize a design or request something special?

Yes, absolutely! If you have something specific in mind, feel free to send us a message. We’d love to hear your ideas and see if we can bring them to life for you! 🫶

Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?

We don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, as each item is made to order. Please double-check all details before placing your order. But if there’s an issue with your item, don’t hesitate to reach out, we’re always happy to help! 🫶

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t been sent to production yet, we may be able to update the address, just message us ASAP! Once it’s in production or shipped, we unfortunately can’t make changes. 🫶

Do you ship internationally?

We do offer international shipping on most items! That said, a few products aren’t eligible simply because international shipping costs can be surprisingly high and we’d never want you to pay more than you should. 🫶 If you’re shopping from outside the U.S. Etsy will automatically let you know on the product page if something can’t be shipped to your country.
