Customs duties and taxes are required in some countries before delivery. This includes the UK, Europe, Canada, and some more. The USA does not require additional charges. We do not include this in the cost of the product or shipping. The buyer is responsible for this payment.

We can include a gift message in any of your orders! Please, include your request in the ‘Personalization’ window or in the checkout note, and we’ll put a cute postcard in the box with your chosen pair of shoes.

Which address will my order be sent to?

Your order will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. If you want to change the address of the recipient, contact me and I’ll change it. We do not take responsibility and we are not liable for misspelled or wrong address that you wrote.

We do accept wholesale orders on shoes in our assortment. Contact us for further inquiries.

Where can I see the size chart?

You can find our sizing chart in every listing, in the last picture. When placing your order, choose your typical size. We will ask you for your individual measurements in order to compare them with your chosen size and make shoes that will fit you perfectly. We’ll contact you after you place the order to explain how to get the measurements correctly.

Bridal shoes 'Flo' with block heels are handcrafted from soft Italian pinky white suede with handmade embroidery on soft mesh and have 8.5 cm / 3.3 inches high heels. They are decorated with beads and sequins. These wedding shoes are designed with a block heel for additional comfort.
Inside there is a soft memory foam insole, which gives a feeling of additional comfort when walking. Tunit outsole is made of a mixture of leather chips and rubber, it's more wear-resistant than leather and more durable. Also, we use soft natural upper materials that wear well and take the shape of the foot.
You can customize shoes' embroidery, heels, color, etc. - we offer a lot of options.

OUR SHOES ARE MADE-TO-MEASURE ONLY. We start to craft the shoes only after you place the order. Please add the size you usually wear to the cart, and I'll contact you to explain how to take the measurements. These shoes are very well done and are stunning. HOWEVER, despite they are done with custom measurement, I think mine were made too small; no room to slide at all (I did my measurements EXACTLY that the video that was sent and did them multiple times and rechecked by multiple people to make sure). Because of this, they are VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. I did my first dress fitting today and after 3 minutes, my feet were killing me. It is such a disappointment since they are beautiful and I really want to wear them for my wedding, but it is impossible. I need to buy new shoes now…
