The Northern Cardinal is a favorite among many people and is the state bird of seven states. Needle felting is a time consuming process where wool is repeatedly poked by a single barbed needle until the desired shape is formed. Great care has been taken to accurately depict his markings, size and colors. The male and female stands on sturdy wire feet and is life size at 8 - 9 inches in length and has black glass eyes. The family includes two juvenile cardinals without legs.

Your bird is custom made once you place your order (NOTE: I have one cardinal in my inventory ready to ship out!).
