When will my order ship?

Your invoice will give you the expected ship date. To find your invoice, click on the "Purchases and Reviews" tab in the top right corner under your name. When we ship your order out you will receive an email with the tracking information. Priority mail is 2-3 days and first class is 3-5 days.

Do you need a rush order?

If you need your order before our turn around time listed than please contact us. The $10.00 rush fee will have to be purchased. The link for the rush fee is in every listing description. Please purchase the link with your item and add your need by date in the note to seller box. Please do not put the need by date in the note section of your order without talking to us first. Some times we don't see your order notes until we begin working on it.

The best way to contact us is through Etsy ONLY. We do our best to answer messages within an hour. We don't answer emails at bluanchorcreations@gmail.com or talk to customers on the phone.

How should I care for my item?

To ensure long life of the item we recommend that you hand wash them only. Also don't scrub or soak the item.

Can my order be refunded due to postal delays or it being lost?

We are in no way responsible for lost or delayed packages. We will do our absolute best to help to help find your package but we will not refund your order because once the package leaves our hands it is out of our control.
