Q: How quickly will my order ship?

A: All items are made to order. Our standard production time is 2-5 business days before shipment depending on products purchased. Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Q: (Edible Images) How long do edible images last?

A: For best color and quality, we recommend using within 1–2 weeks of delivery. Store sealed at room temperature. Keep away from uv rays and direct lighting, as this can cause fading.

Q: (Edible Images) Can I refrigerate my cake after applying the topper/wrap?

A: For the smoothest finish, allow the edible image to bond with the icing (preferably buttercream) at room temperature for at least 12 hours before refrigerating. Refrigerating too soon can slow or pause the blending process. If refrigeration is needed, place dessert inside a box and wrap the box tightly with plastic wrap. When removing from refrigerator, keep the desserts boxed and allow it to come fully to room temperature before unwrapping.

Q: (Edible Images) How should I store unused icing sheets?

A: Store sealed in resealable bag at room temperature (70-80 degrees F), away from UV rays and direct lighting as this can cause fading. Important: It is recommended to use the edible images within 1-2 weeks of delivery as this is when they are the freshest and best quality. Storing edible images for longer than the recommended timeframe is at your own risk.

Q: (Sprinkle Mixes) How should I store my sprinkles?

A: Store tightly sealed in a cool, dry place away from heat and moisture. Do not refrigerate.

Q: Do you accept returns or cancellations?

A: Returns or exchanges are not accepted. A: Cancellation requests may be made within one (1) hour of purchase, provided production has not begun. Due to the custom and/or edible nature of my products, once production begins, the order may not be eligible for a full refund. If an order is canceled after production has begun, up to 50% of the purchase price may be retained to cover products already created, materials used, and production costs. This also applies when an order cannot be completed or shipped due to incorrect, incomplete, or missing information provided by the buyer, including an incorrect address, and the buyer does not provide correction needed to complete the order. Unused shipping charges will be refunded.

A: Yes, we create custom sprinkle mixes for themed events and special occasions. * Minimum Order: 4 ounces * Pricing begins at $21.99 * Production time: 4-5 business days Approval is required before we begin mixing and packaging your mix.
