How soon will I receive my order?

My production times vary depending on the time of year. Generally my production times are 1-4 days. This is the time it takes for me to make your item. This time will vary during holiday or busy seasons. Check my shop announcement for updates: https://www.etsy.com/shop/ItsAllAboutYouAmy I try my best to work quickly and ship your items before the deadline but during busy seasons it may take the full allotment. Shipping times are additional, they are not included in my production times. For first class mail it can take up to 5 business days for shipping. Priority mail takes 2 to 3 business days. Please note that I do not hand deliver each order. I have to put my trust in the USPS. International shipping times vary and cannot be guaranteed.

I need my item in a hurry!

If you need your item in a hurry, faster then the turnaround time listed, you can choose the RUSH +priority shipping option at checkout. By selecting this option, you get bumped to the front of my production line and your order will ship out in 24-48 hours, usually 24 hours (weekends and holidays NOT included) Why must I charge you extra for this? Because in order to fulfill your rush request, I need to stop what I am currently working on and complete yours. This option includes priority mail service and usually takes 1-3 business days for delivery, not including my processing time. Please message me if you have questions. I am very responsive during extended workday hours.

I need my item in a hurry but don't want to pay for the rush option!

If you just want a faster speed of delivery, but my same production time (see original question how long until I receive my order), you can upgrade your shipping to Priority Only. This option is insured and you will normally receive your package within 1-3 business days from the date that I ship it. This is a good option during busy holidays because it could speed up the actual delivery by a few days. It is also insured. If you are unsure which option to choose, reach out to me and I can give you a better idea of my lead times and when to expect your package.

What is hand stamping?

Hand stamping is a unique process and uniformity is not always possible. I use a hammer to stamp each letter, number or design one at a time so spacing, depth and alignment may not be exactly the same but that is what makes hand stamped items so special and personal! Part of the beauty of hand stamped jewelry lies in its imperfections and it's handcrafted look. You can tell if jewelry is an authentic hand stamped piece because every stamp is unique. If you are looking for perfection, hand stamping may not be right for you. You may want to explore engraved options instead.

I have other questions!

Please send me a message! I am very responsive to messages and unless I am sleeping, driving, or in an area with no service, I usually respond within minutes. I am happy to answer any questions you have. Please do not place an order and then send me an email with your questions or to request additional items. It is much easier to address your questions/concerns/requests prior to you placing an order.

I REALLY need my item in a hurry!

See above answers to this question! But, please note... I am not Barbara Eden and I cannot cross my arms, blink my eyes and magically deliver your package. First I have to make your item...and this takes time. Each order is handcrafted one at a time, in the order it was received, by me. I then rely on the USPS to do their job and deliver your package in a timely fashion. I cannot control the speed in which it is delivered (I WISH I COULD!!!) So please plan accordingly and choose the correct shipping option for your needs. If you have questions, message me!

If your package shows delivered and you don't have it, reach out to me. I work closely with my Postmaster and I can reach out to them for more information. Each package is delivered with tracking and scanned at the delivery location. This means that my Postmaster can pull up the exact GPS coordinates to see where your package was scanned. In all of my years selling on Etsy, all of my packages that were "missing", were found. I am diligent in helping you track your package, you just need to have some patience while I help you. Please note, that if this happens, this is a USPS issue, not an It's All About You Amy issue. But, I know how it feels to wait on a package so I go the extra mile in assisting you.

Hand stamping- What can you stamp?

You can usually find this information in the "Item Details" section of the listing. You will need to click on "Learn more about this item". I will state how many characters (including numbers, letters, spaces and punctuation) will fit on the particular item. If you submit an order and your request has more than what I stated will fit, I will email you and you will have to change it or cancel your order. If you do not respond to my request in a timely manner, your order will be subject to cancellation. If you have any questions, email me- I am very responsive and unless I am asleep or driving, I usually respond within minutes.

SHIPPING DEADLINES FOR CHRISTMAS DELIVERY

IMPORTANT SHIPPING DEADLINES: USPS Ground Advantage: 12/17 USPS Priority: 12/18 USPS Priority Mail Express: 12/20 ***Your package will be shipped on time according to my guaranteed schedule, but please note that USPS shipping times and delays are beyond my control. Etsy estimates delivery dates, but note they are estimated, not guaranteed. Factors such as weather, busy seasons, or unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery times, even for priority shipping.

This keychain is a custom stamp that I had designed so it is only available here!!

Adorable keychain for any type of teacher or helper. Keychains are approximately 2” long, not including the attached key ring. They are each hand cut so sizing will vary slightly. The edges of this hand stamped aluminum tag, are hammered for an extra sparkle and then stamped with your choice of words:
It matters to this one (starfish stamp) -custom stamp as shown
You made a difference (starfish stamp) - each letter hand stamped as shown

Option to include adorable 2-sided starfish charm.

***Includes starfish story card as shown, approximately 2.5”x3” (on lightweight card stock paper) and is perfectly packaged to give as gifts.
(yours will be clear and readable- this one in the image is just to ensure it is not copied and reprinted)

I do not sell the card only.

Please email me with any questions or if you are interested in a custom order. I would be happy to assist you in creating the perfect gift for you or someone else!

Thank you
