When wearing and cleaning: use your brain and do not bend or drop the pieces.
Polymer Clay is a super-light, water-resistant, slightly flexible material.
Avoid contact with make-up, perfume, hair products and water and do not expose a piece to extreme pressure.
Clean off make-up or dirt by gently going over the spots with a q-tip dipped in rubbing alcohol or some water with a mild soap.
Store the earrings in a jewelry box or a dry, and safe place to prevent scratches on the surface.
Keep the earrings away from direct sunlight, and extreme temperatures.
Acrylic is strong, but not indestructible. Make sure to be extra careful with mirrored acrylic.

Brass components may tarnish over time. All brass findings in my shop come unsealed.
Keep the brass pieces away from water, chemicals and perfumes.
Tarnish due to exposure to water and oils from the skin can be easily cleaned with a jewelry cloth and or tarnish remover.
You can easily make a tarnish remover yourself with a mixture of baking soda and lime juice or just ketchup. After cleaning rinse with water and dry with a cloth.

All cutters are made out of biodegradable PLA Plastic.
PLA is food safe, so you can use my shapes as cookie cutters too!
The cutters are not dishwasher safe. High temperatures may warp the plastic. Please wash them by hand with a damp cloth to remove excess clay or dough.
Please store the cutters away from direct sunlight and handle them with care. Keep away from prolonged exposure to heat and humidity.

This is applicable to any product in my store:
Please keep out of the reach of young children & pets due to small parts which could pose a choking hazard.
None of the products is a toy and they aren't suitable for children of any age.

The CLN. Silk Screens are made to use with polymer clay.
After using, immediately submerge the silkscreen into lukewarm water to rinse off any excess paint. Clean with a mild soap.
Under no circumstances let the paint dry on the silkscreen because it won't be possible to clean them afterward. Always use a plastic squeegee to spread the paint over the design.

It is not recommended to use the texture mat without corn starch or any kind.
Clay could get stuck in the small stamp lines.
You can handwash the texture tile with a small bristle.

Yes! I personally tested all posts for sensitivity, I have sensitive ears myself.
All posts are stainless steel and nickel-, lead-, and cadmium-free.

When placing an order, you acknowledge that shipping can take longer than usual, especially with the impacts of Covid-19 on international shipments.
This is unfortunately completely out of my hands. I do not issue refunds because orders are taking too long to get to you.

Please, go to your local post office, and ask them to look for your package. There might have been an attempted delivery where they didn't leave a note for you to reschedule. Your parcel is then being kept at your local post office until you claim it. (even though you didn't know it might be there)

If left unclaimed after 4 weeks, it will be returned to me.

It can take a few weeks for the parcel to arrive at my studio.
Most RTS parcels come from the USA with the label 'unclaimed'. Check my previous FAQ to learn more about this.

There are two options once a parcel arrives at my studio:
If you want a refund, I can issue a refund on the items you bought, not the shipping cost.
If you want to have the items reshipped, you’d have to pay a small shipping fee.

Before shipping again, I would also check your address to make sure it’s the right one.
