Please take in consideration that some plants can lose some leaves and get some damage due to shipping and carrier handing, if you have major issues please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Do you accept any RETURNS or EXCHANGES?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns on any item.

What if my PLANT OR PLANTER gets DAMAGED during shipping?

Please understand that we can not accept responsibility for the results of handling, extreme weather or neglect of any of your PLANTERS OR LIVE PLANTS. If your item arrives damage or in poor condition please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Costumer must be able to provide proof of the issue (through pictures or video) so we are able to handle any problems but we do not guarantee any refunds or exchanges. Failure to contact us within the 24 hours window, provide proof of the issue or alter the plant or package may void any refund or replacement opportunity.

What if my PLANT/PLANTER gets LOST or STOLEN after delivery?

We are not liable for packages marked as "DELIVERED" by the carrier, if your package has been lost or stolen after delivery please contact your local post office/carrier.

What if my address is wrong?

Please verify if your address is correct before placing any order, if you made a mistake and want to change the shipping address please contact us right away with the correct information. Once your order is on transit we can not change or handle any changes on the shipping address.

What if I order the wrong item, can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately we can NOT accept any cancelations. Each item is handmade, they are all different and unique and we start working on your order immediately. If you order the wrong size of pot please contact us, we can work on something to make your experience the best we can.
