4.5 out of 5 starsThe heart locket is as described. As other reviewers mentioned here, the sterling silver has a rough finish with visible scratches on the surface. This doesn't bother me as the pendant is rather small and these scratches' visibility would be difficult to spot in passing. The packaging was nice and careful but it took a while to be delivered. Overall, I am happy with the purchase.
