We gladly accept wholesale orders. Please contact us through Etsy messenger or info@realgrasscloth.com for more details and pricing information.

A tracking number and delivery slot will be provided for all orders shortly after they ship. These can be found in your Etsy purchase history. Once tracking information has been added to an order - Etsy will give the order a 'pre-transit' status. The 'pre-transit' status will remain until the order is delivered. 'Pre transit' really means 'in-transit.' If you are concerned in any way about the tracking of your order; or if you just want a quick update on where your parcel is - please contact us either through Etsy messages or via our email address (info@realgrasscloth.com) and we will be happy to provide you with updates!

What happens if my parcel is delayed or lost?

When your order is dispatched a tracking number and estimated delivery date will be provided for all orders. These can be found in your Etsy order history. If your order does not arrive by the estimated delivery date please notify us by either Etsy messages or via email (info@realgrasscloth.com). Please note that if you fail to notify us that your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the approximate delivery date we are under no obligation to provide refunds or replacement goods. In the event that your order or part of your order has become 'lost' within the postal system we will offer to send replacement products.

Proof of Delivery & Missing parcels

The tracking number(s) provided by us through Etsy messages and dispatch notifications will act a proof of delivery. In the unlikely event that an order is marked as 'delivered' via tracking but cannot be found by the customer; We are under no obligation to provide replacement products or refunds. In all cases customers will be asked to officially report the missing item to the postal service using the correct procedures and channels before any resolution is made. In the event that the goods have been removed from a property by an unsolicited third party after delivery has been made (e.g theft); responsibility will fall to the customer to take this up with their local law enforcement authority.

Reporting an order that has arrived damaged or defective

When a customer receives their order it is their responsibility to check the products thoroughly for damage or defects. Any defective item should be reported to us within 14 days of delivery. After this period we are under no obligation to provide replacements or refunds. The customer will be asked to provide clear photographs that depict the damaged product and it's packaging.

This near black grasscloth wallcovering will add a dramatic backdrop to your decor. Charcoal grey sisal strands are closely woven over black backing paper to form this lovely wallcovering.

Made from woven sisal grass. The sisal strands used measure under 2mmin width. Sisal's fine texture and weave adds an almost silk-like texture to this wallcovering.

Grasscloth is an extremely versatile wallcovering. Which creates a natural and highly textured look on walls that is understated and timeless.

There are so many ways grasscloth can be used on walls and even on furniture.

You can use it on its own to cover all your walls or just on panelled areas or feature walls. This dark coloured grasscloth looks smashing when displayed on walls next to patterned papers.

An excellent choice for living rooms, dining rooms, nurseries and bedrooms.

Our sisal grass is sustainably harvested throughout Asia. The grass is securely fasten to thick backing paper by fine cotton threads. It is biodegradable and made from non toxic materials.

MEASUREMENTS;

Our rolls of paper measure 91cm wide by 5.5m in length or 1 yard wide by 6 yards long.

This covers and area approx 5 square meters in size or 53 square feet.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS;

Please note that when applying this grasscloth to your walls we recommend using a strong mix paste designed for heavy weight papers.

If unsure about how to apply this product then please consult a professional decorator with experience in using grasscloth paper.

Woven grasscloth has no repeat pattern. Therefore no pattern aligning or paper matching is required as you apply each wallpaper drop. Paper joins between each drop will be visible so you may wish to consider carefully where you place each join on your walls.

Grasscloth although durable can stain if exposed to water. Remove any spillages or splashes from the paper by using a clean dry cloth. Dried stains can be removed with a clean slightly damp cloth/sponge. Stubborn stains will require professional cleaning.

The screen colour of the product may vary from the actual colour due to different browser settings and lighting.

Please note there may be some colour variations between different wallpaper batches.
