What happens if I forget customization details in my order?

We will attempt to message you but if we dont receive a timely response, we will cancel & refund your order minus a 15% restock fee. If you did not indicate a thread color, one will be selected that complements the fabric and shirt color.

Can I cancel my order?

We will accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing an order. After that, cancellation will be made on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to refund minus a $5 design fee per item if the design has already been started.

Do you provide a mockup prior to purchasing?

All of our designs take time to work on. Therefore, we will not provide a mockup unless a purchase has been made and a note has been left or message sent requesting a mockup. We have font charts in all of our product listings so you can see what each letter will look like. If you request a mockup and then ask for a cancellation, we reserve the right to withhold a $5 design fee per item from the refund.

What happens if I put the wrong address in when I order?

Please double check your address at checkout to ensure your shipping address is correct. Any packages returned to us due to incorrect shipping details will be resent at the expense of the buyer, not the seller.

My package is lost- what happens now?

Sometimes shipments take extra long to work their way through the USPS system. If it still doesnt show up after 2 weeks, please contact us for next steps.

How should I list my monogram?

Traditionally monograms are first LAST middle (fLm). The name Amanda Elyse Jones should be entered as aJe. If you select a font where the letters should all be one size, you should enter the monogram as first middle last (fml). The name Amanda Elyse Jones should be entered as aej. It's helpful to include the full name as well.

Do you offer custom items?

What is your daily cutoff for orders in regards to processing time?

5PM Pacific Time is our daily cutoff regarding processing time. For example, if an order is placed at 11PM on a Monday night with a 1 week processing time, it would ship by the next Tuesday (NOT Monday).

What if I need to make a change after I place an order?

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that a change to your order can be made so please be sure that everything is correct when you place the order!
