Do you offer gift wrapping?

At this time, we do not offer gift-wrapping. However, our items do arrive in nicely branded product packaging as well as shipping packaging — so you can be assured that we do not just slap them in a bubble mailer and send them on their way. This not only protects them, but also adds a little "flare" — erm, flair (see what I did there?)!

When will I receive my order?

We try to ship with a few days of receiving your order. Holiday processing and shipping time may be longer due to a higher volume of orders. We make every effort to ship ASAP.

What do I do if I never received my order? / My package was stolen!

Shipping times may take longer than expected. Please allow a couple extra weeks of shipping time. If it has been longer than that, refer to your tracking number and contact the shipment carrier directly. For the shipping option with the most peace-of-mind, choose Priority Mail at checkout as this includes tracking and insurance. Jen Street, LLC d/b/a Forged Flare® is not liable for missing or stolen packages. It is the buyer/receiver’s responsibility to file a police report. We also recommend reporting the stolen package to the United States Postal Inspection Service (https://www.uspis.gov).

If an item is marked as delivered, but the buyer/receiver has not received that item, here are a few recommended steps to take:

1. Check with neighbors to see if the package was left with them. 2. Check with family members. 3. Ask the delivery postal worker where he/she left the package. 4. The best option is to call your local post office to see if it is sitting there. If not, ask them to check their delivery GPS to find out exactly where it was delivered. If it has been over 24 hours from the 'delivered' status, to save time a service request may be sent by email to your local Post Office facility for follow-up. You will receive a confirmation number and a contact within 2-3 business days. If the package still cannot be located: File a police report with the local police department. Report the theft to the United States Postal Inspection Service.

What do I do if I received a damaged order?

We assume no liablity for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. It is helpful to take photos of damaged packages before opening them, as well as saving damaged packaging and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please refer to our Shipping Policy (https://www.forgedflare.com/policies/shipping-policy) for more information. For the shipping option with the most peace-of-mind, choose Priority Mail at checkout as this includes tracking and insurance.

Are Mother's Angels® meant for outdoors and/or waterproof?

While Mother's Angels® are pretty durable, they still are handmade and should be treated delicately. They are not meant for outdoors or situations where they are exposed to moisture.
