When will my order be despatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders either the same, or next, working day. If the personalisation information is incomplete and we need to contact you regarding this, then it could take a little longer.

Which mail service do you use?

Our standard shipping service is Royal Mail 1st Class. Please be aware that Royal Mail is currently running very slowly in many parts of the country and delays are being experienced. An item is only deemed to be "lost" by Royal Mail on the 10th working day after the delivery due date, and we are unable to offer refunds or replacements until an item is officially classed as "lost in the post".

Does the card come with an envelope for me to write on?

Yes, all cards are sent with a kraft envelope for you to write on.

All cards are sent with a blank inside unless you select to have an inside message printed. If you choose to have an inside message printed but do not provide the wording, then the card will be sent out with a blank inside.
IMPORTANT: Please ensure you check all spelling and grammar as we cannot be held responsible for any errors or typos made on your part.

**PROCESSING AND DELIVERY**
We aim to process all order orders within 1 to 2 business days.
Royal Mail are regularly missing their delivery targets, and whilst they aim to deliver 1st class post within 1 - 2 working days, this is not always the case. Because of this, we are unable to guarantee delivery by a specific date. The estimated delivery date you see upon ordering is an estimate only, provided by Etsy, and based on our processing times plus Royal Mail’s expected delivery timescales. Royal Mail do not class an item as “lost in the post” until 10 working days have passed.
