Shipping to USA - Yes, you will only receive a partial tracking to confirm the item has been received by USPS
Shipping to Canada - No - the parcel will be sent via stamps. You will not receive tracking

No. Balloons will not float when you fill it with air.
Depending on the size, you can use helium to make them float.
Please read each listing whether the balloon can float with helium or not.

I check all the balloons to be sure there are no holes and not defected before i ship it out. But in the rare event that your balloon defected or has a hole, please take a picture and contact me as soon as possible, i will make things right. But please provide picture of proof. I can't do anything if there's no proof.

Balloons are FINAL SALE. Balloons are delicate in nature and should be inflated using great care. Refunds and/or exchanges will not be issued on any balloons.

All the balloons ship in flat condition - not inflated.

Children under 8 years can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons.
Adult supervision required.
Keep uninflated balloons from children.
Discard broken balloons at once.
