Returns and refunds:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return without needing any reason.
To be eligible for a return (unless faulty), your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and if possible, in its original packaging. A full refund will be given on unwanted products or a refund/replacement of a matching product in place of the faulty item.
If your item is defective within 6 months since date of delivery, we will offer a refund or replacement depending upon availability of supplies or stock. Replacement will only be offered with the same product as was defective and not for another type of product even if it may be of the same price value.
Refunds will be processed directly to the original payment method so only the original purchaser, with whom our sales contract lies, can request a return/refund. Please leave time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund to you, usually in 3-5 business days.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. The only exception would be if the product(s) is faulty in which case we will send you a returns postage label.
If for any reason, after 6 months from the date of delivery you find a defect in your product(s), you need to prove that it was faulty from the date you took ownership. No returns, refunds or replacements will be provided otherwise. A partial refund or replacement may be given depending on case.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom made/bespoke designs or styles, earrings (due to hygiene reasons) unless otherwise faulty, sale and seconds items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period:
If products are being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days from date of delivery, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and with original tags (unless faulty). You must let us know in writing, at the earliest possible time, on Etsy messages.
A full refund will be processed in 14 days to the original payment method so only a return can be requested by the original purchaser (not gift recipient) as our sales contract lies with them. Please leave time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund, usually 3-5 business days.
Please also note we are NOT responsible for any customs or import tax charges and these will not be covered in a refund.
