Kombucha starter culture consisting of approximately 40g of kombucha mushroom and 100ml of starter liquid, suitable for approximately 1 liter of kombucha drink initially.
The mushroom will arrive double-sealed in foil inside a padded envelope or cardboard box. Please use it as soon as possible, or at least remove it from the packaging (the mushroom needs oxygen).
(It usually keeps for at least 7 days in the packaging.)

Therefore, my crops are grown in commercial premises approved for food production.
