The patches are beautiful and the perfect way to honor my girls who have been Girl Scouts from K-12th grade. But aside from the fantastic quality, I was blown away with Simply Scouts' customer service. I made a mistake in ordering, but they were quick to respond to my message asking for help in correcting it. Not only were they able to combine my two separate orders, they also kindly refunded me for the extra shipping we would have incurred with two packages.
