You can also choose to use it digitally on an iPad or Android tablet. The content page list is hyperlinked so that you can jump directly to the correct page and each page has a small house symbol in the bottom right to return to the contents list at any time.

Two cover options are included, you can choose the standard cover or the editable cover. The editable cover pdf can be personalized by opening in Adobe Acrobat and selecting the name and date and typing your own. Instructions included.
