How do I personalize a product?

To personalize your product, please check the listing images to see the available customization options. Once you have selected your preferences, enter the relevant codes in the personalization box. Above the box, there is helper text that you can easily copy-paste into the personalization box and replace the samples with your choices. Providing the correct codes is important—incorrect or incomplete information may delay your order.

It depends on the type of product you purchase: Digital Art: You will receive a high-resolution PNG file. The recommended printing size is 8x10 inches; please use that ration. No physical package will be sent to you. Physical Print: You’ll receive a professionally printed hard copy on semi-glossy paper (thickness: 260 g/m²) in your chosen size. It will arrive carefully packaged in a sturdy, flat mailer. Frame not included. Tote Bag: You’ll receive a 15 × 16 inch cotton canvas tote bag with a unique, personalized design. The bag features flat corners, and reinforced stitching on the 20-inch handles. Beach Towel: You'll receive a 30 x 60 inch, quick-drying polyester (≈50/50 cotton-poly) beach towel with a vivid, long-lasting design.

When will I receive my order?

Digital Art: Our digital art-pieces are usually ready within 4 business days. If you need it sooner, you can rush your order by purchasing this listing: https://www.etsy.com/listing/988817663/rush-my-order-will-move-your-item-to-the To check your order status, go to the Purchases and Reviews section of your Etsy account. Orders still in progress will appear as “In progress.” Physical Print, Tote Bag & Beach Towel: Production takes 4–8 business days, followed by 2–8 business days for shipping. The packages are shipped via DHL, FedEx, or USPS. You’ll receive your tracking number once your package is on its way. The shipping information contains up-to-date and accurate information about your package.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

You may cancel your order only if the design process hasn't started yet and no proof has been sent. Once work begins on your personalized design, we cannot offer cancellations or refunds.

How do I download and print my digital art?

Once your picture is ready to download, you will receive an email with a link in it to download your PNG file. You can also access it by going to “Purchases and reviews” if you have an Etsy account. You can print the files at home, take the files to your local print shop or upload them to an online printing service. Heavyweight matte photo paper or cardstock is a perfect choice for the printing. Some suggestions for customers in the U.S.: Staples, FedEx Kinko's, Walgreens, Walmart, Target, Costco, CVS, Shutterfly. The recommended printing size is 8x10 inches; please use this ratio to avoid distortion. Print as many copies as you need. If you have any issues with the files, please let us know—our team is happy to assist.

Can I receive a physical version of a digital product?
