Where can I find my prints after purchasing?

You can find your purchased files by going to www.etsy.com/your/purchases and selecting “Download Files” to the right of your order, or by accessing the link in your email if you checked out as a guest. Please note, downloads cannot be accessed through the Etsy app; please use your laptop or desktop computer, as mobile browsers can sometimes reduce the quality of the file. Which aspect ratio should I print for my frame?

You can reference the diagram in the listing photos to see which aspect ratios work best for each frame size, or you can use the list below. I also provide a free resize if you need a size other than those included. Check each listing to verify, but most listings include the following sizes: 2:3 ratio for printing: Inches: 4x6 | 6x9 | 8x12 | 10x15 | 12x18 | 16x24 | 20x30 3:4 ratio for printing: Inches: 6x8 | 9x12 | 12x16 | 15x20 | 18x24 4:5 ratio for printing: Inches: 4x5 | 8x10 | 12x15 | 16x20 5:7 ratio for printing: Inches: 5x7 ISO (International Standard Size) for printing: A5 | A4 | A3 | A2 | A1 11:14 ratio for printing: Inches: 11x14 | 22x28

How do I get my files printed?

You get to choose your own adventure! Here are some options for printing your files: • At home You can print at home in smaller sizes for the fastest, most budget friendly décor. Matte photo paper, fine art paper, or 65 lb card stock typically give a more professional look than regular printer paper. • Locally You take or send your files to a local print shop or big box store, such as Costco, Walmart, Walgreens, Office Depot, Staples, FedEx/Kinkos, etc. Typically you can bring your files on a USB drive or upload them online then pick up in store. • Online You can use a fully online printing service such as mpix to order anything from a print to a canvas to a giclee.

Will my prints look exactly like the pictures?

I create my files using high-quality, high-resolution images to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Some very slight variation in layout may occur between aspect ratios to maintain the balance of the designs. Slight variations in color and shading may also occur due to variations in electronic screen settings and differences between print providers. If you have any concerns, please contact me!

What are the terms of use, and how can I use my files?

Claire Sky Design owns the copyright to all designs listed in my shop, including my uniquely enhanced vintage prints. Your purchase entitles you to make unlimited prints for personal use. You may not share the original digital files, and you may not use the digital files or physical prints for commercial purposes. Thank you for supporting my shop!
